Technical Support

  • You’ll get to approve every design before it goes live.
  • We’ll keep in touch throughout the year to create seasonal campaigns that draw attention and drive customers into your store.

Ongoing Support

  • If you ever have a technical question or issue, just log into your customer online portal to report it.
  • Our service team will first try to fix the issue remotely.
  • If we need to visit your shop, we’ll send a technician — we aim to attend all site visits within 72 hours anywhere in the UK.
